1. Datawarehouse engineer（数据仓库(Hadoop)工程师）
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for Cisco WebEx backend distribute computing system development. Backed Distribute Computing System is one of the most important systems in Cisco WebEx backend infrastructure. It is based on Distribute File System and the most popular techniques (such as MapReduce, Chubby, GFS, etc) and target to provide global cloud based computing ability to handle the backend data analysis, data mining -Responsible for providing performance turning and troubleshooting to producti
on operation.
Requirements:
-Master, or above. majored in Computer Science or any related.
-2 years plus Java experiences.
-Understand distribute computing system implementation and production maintain.
-Understand GFS/Hadoop/MapReduce
-Be better if understand Linux Kenel
-Be better if have experiences of script writting, such as: shell, python, ruby, etc.
2. API Platform Engineer
WebEx Platform Project: WebEx Platform is a developer oriented platform provid
ing API, reusable UI components, sandbox, and other services required for succ
essfully developing and deploying enterprise collaboration applications develo
ped by enterprises and 3rd party developers alike.
WebEx Platform will provide:
-OpenSocial-based service API layer. The social aspects of the platform, such as People, Relationships, and Social Activities are made available as OpenSocial APIs.
-WebDAV and CalDAV layer. The WebDAV APIs are used for document management and CalDAV APIs are used for Calendaring. Together with 1 above, we offer powerful API platform.
-Infrastructure to run the third party apps built using our APIs.
Requirements:
-2 years experience on Java programming.
-Be good at Java fundamentals with experience on Servlet, threads, IO, network, JDBC, reflection and etc.
-Be familiar with 1-2 open source framework, like Spring/ibatis/Hibernate/Struts;
-Be familiar with the web protocols such as HTTP/REST/SOAP/JSON
-Be familiar with application servers: Tomcat/Jetty/Ngix.
-Good communication skills and team work, and passion to learn new techniques.
-Experience on WebDAV/CalDAV protocols is a plus.
-Experience on Open Social/Google Guice/Google App Engine/Node.js is a plus.
3. Flash Developer
Developing Flash Video Player and Reporting Engine according to specification.
Requirements:
-experience in flash actionscript3 or above, knowledge of MVC and FMS;
-knowledge of web service, JavaScript, xml, Ajax and html;
-good oral and written communication skills in English;
-good team player and highly self motivated;
4. Test Bed Development Engineer
Video Codec - test bed development Engineer, Full Time position OR Intern position.
Responsibility:
Responsibility of development of test bed for the next generation of Cisco / WebEx multimedia communication system.
Requirements:
-Master in Computer Science or Mathematics Science or Electronic & Information
Science
-Strong C/C++ programming, script language;
-Experience with multiple development environments (Windows, Linux)
-Good communication skills both oral and written
At least satisfy two of following requirements
-Familiar with one of the following compression and media formats: H.261, H.26
3, H264, MPEG-1/2/4, or AVS.
-Familiar in video transmission over IP network: error resilient encoding, FEC
, error concealment
-Familiar with multimedia streaming RTP/RTCP/RTSP etc;
-Familiar in network related, familiar with network programming, familiar with
network congestion control.
5. Linux C++ Programmer
Requirements:
- Education: BS Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
- Experience in C/C++, socket programming and Linux programming
- Good skills of reading/debugging source code, good capability of trouble sho
oting
- Good communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
- Nice to have skills in Linux/Unix shell programming
6. Testing Engineer
Responsibilities:
-Test case/Test plan design, execution
-File test report
-Test environment maintenance
-Project/Product support
-Automation testing design/execution.
Requirements:
-Bachelor or Master in Computer Science or equivalent
-Familiar with at least 1 program language, such as Java, C++
-Good at communication and team work.
-Good at learning
-Good at English. People good at oral English is preferred.
-People with testing exp is preferred.
7. Mobile Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Cisco WebEx Mobile Platform development, by work independently and collaborate with Cisco WebEx worldwide architects to get deep understanding of business requirements, technical requirements and technical operation
requirements.
- Responsible for providing architectural design and implement for large-scale, high performance and high availability mobile client.
- Responsible for providing performance turning and troubleshooting to production operation
Requirements:
- BS in Computer Science or related specialty, MS preferred;
- Familiar with iPhone/Mac application development is preferred;
- Ability to write high performance and maintainable code;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Good communication skills, team-working spirit;
8. IT Engineer
工作职责包括但不仅限于：
-协助最终用户测试/解决故障；通常工作范围包括：软硬件问题故障排除，电脑周边设备
以及网络问题故障排除；
-按标准要求安装系统(windows/linux/solaris/Mac OS等)和常用应用软件；
-对于一些复杂问题/前沿技术的预研和应用
任职要求:
-计算机相关专业或者对此工作有强烈兴趣的理工科本科或以上学历(最好是研一的学生)，
英语六级或以上；
-精通windows/Linux等系统各版本操作系统的安装、应用与维护，熟悉各种应用软件的安
装与维护
-具备团队合作精神，积极主动，自我管理，责任心强
-善于表达，能够与用户进行有效的交流、沟通与协调
