Description:
This position of Six Sigma Project Support Specialist has following responsibilities:
- STACS data download and calculation (Corp, Countries, and APAC)
- LMS and STACS data uploading and checking
- Follow up with Corp staff (training communications, project/saving tracking, cert production)
- Six Sigma Council admin (meeting coordination, communications, support council members)
- Maintenance of APAC Six Sigma Share Point
- Timely production of Global News Letter
- Department Admin (Purchasing, Finance report, Travel arrangement, and secretary works)
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate in relevant disciplines
- Available to come to work 3-4 days a week
- CET 4, practical skills with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Dream Waver and etc.
This position involves some admin works and some data analyses for 6 sigma.
We’re looking for students 1. with good english (you need to work with PC installed by English system and office, and English data)
2. available to work for about 6 months
