PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. 网络信息收集： 每日收集行业信息、新闻发给销售团队共享；
2. 部门成功故事收集： 定期（每月）根据签订和发运的订单情况，向销售团队收集成功案例，加以整理撰写；
3. 中国区网站信息维护：定期将club car的新闻和相关资料上传和维护更新，对经销商的邮件及时收集处理；
4. 合同管理：对签订进来的合同进行归档整理，每份完整的合同需要附上相关价格审批等文件，并跟外高桥做好沟通；
5. 经销商文件管理：对已有的经销商做好电子登记，对经销商协议等文件做好归档；
6. 日常行政工作 （快递、文件收发等）
7. 日常付款（和外高桥财务沟通付款）
8. 技术支持方面： 售后交车信息整理，最终用户跟踪质保系统维护
9. 其他。
REQUIREMENT
1. Bachelor or Master Degree (better majored in Marketing & other commercial majors)
2. Well English both oral and writing
3. Familiar with Office Work Software
4. Better having well data analysis ability
5. Better having intern experiences
6. Can spend more time on Club Car daily work, even like full time
7. Positioning to be future potential contractor or head account
