Fulfill all verbal and written instructions according to the procedures in an impeccable way
Order daily document work
Assist in expense procedures
Prepare necessary documents related to travels, make reservations and follow up visa operations
General administrative duties
Qualifications,
Must have excellent, English communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
French communication skills in both written and verbal forms
Good knowledge of MS Office Applications
Good communication, negoatiation, planning and organizing skills
Good at following-up and teamwork
Careful, detail-oriented, responsible and result-oriented
