英格索兰招聘销售部门实习生

Position: Sales Operation Assistant—call center internship
Opening number: 1

主要工作内容:
1. 接听客户电话
2. 跟踪处理问题
3. 打cold call 寻找销售机会
4. 售后服务回访,月报的制作
5. 三联单的发放与收集

要求:
1. 良好的沟通能力
2. 认真负责工作态度,有耐心
3. 熟练使用Microsoft办公软件
4. 基本的书面英文沟通能力
5. 每周至少工作3-4天,最少要工作半年以上
6. 学历中专以上


Responsibility:
1.  Answering customer calls, and tracking problem solving
2.  Cold call to find sales opportunity
3. After-sales service visit, and making monthly report
4. Distribution and collection of service tickets

Requirement:
1.   Good communication skills
2.   Be responsible, patient, and work hard
3.   Good command of Microsoft office software, such as Word, PPT, Excel etc.
4.   Basic English skill both written and oral
5.   Can work at least 3-4 days a week, 6 months above
6.   College above

Location:9F, Tower B, City Center of Shanghai, 100 Zun Yi Road
