POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Administration:
•Project coordination, sales orders, Time record, AR collection etc.
Translation:
•Translate HR or leadership related materials into Chinese or English
Project Delivery:
•On site service pre training, during training and after training
Marketing events/activity:
•To help organize the marketing events and provide support on logisitics.
RELEVANT QUALIFICAIONS
Mandatory:
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
•Strong technical skills, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel
Preferred:
•First-year postgraduate or junior students with 3-5 working days every week, at least 6 months
•Major in English, Human Resources or Finance is preferred.
•Experience in understanding, communicating, and applying the role of Human Resources in addressing key business issues for clients and prospect.
