Responsibility:
In this position, you will be performing various administrative in support of senior leaders at Business Operations and Product Enabling Group.
Typical duties may include but are not limited to the following:
Provides administrate support for the senior leaders including managing calendar, making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports;
Schedules and coordinates logistics for meetings and events, maintaining office contacts;
Communicates with corporate senior executives office for administrative arrangements;
Manages departmental recognition, tracks headcount and spending;
Serves as an information resource/communication channel for policies and procedures;
Other administrative duties such as execution of research, data analysis, and preparing reports/recommendations.
Qualifications:
- University degree with related experience in multi-national companies and will graduate in 2012(start as an intern, will be a candidate for permanent employee after graduation)
- Possess excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Chinese
- Strong attention to detail and quality orientation
- Highly organized and professional as position interacts with people from a globally dispersed team
- Self-motivated and have the initiative to be able to complete the task without supervision
- Exhibit a high degree of accuracy and diplomacy when making judgment calls
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines without reminders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications specifically for Outlook* and/or Email, Word*, Excel*, and PowerPoint* |
