HR Program Specialist, AP, Aerospace

We are a leading global aviation supplier designing, manufacturing, and distributing advanced electronic systems, products, and services to commercial, defense and space industries.

The Program specialist works with Aerospace Asia Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) region and provides  program and project support to the regional leadership and global ISC HR team. This is an individual contributor's role and requires the ability to influence and manage multiple indirect resources in a virtual setting. The role will be based in Shanghai, reporting to Asia ISC HR Director.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

•        Provides Support to Asia ISC HR, align with global ISC HR program management team, to set up the Asia ISC HR organization's management operating syste and provides analytics and reporting, project management and process management activities in AP region.
•        Partners with global ISC HR functional groups to ensure HR is leveraging technology and introduces new practices/processes to the team to simplify and standardize work across the network.
•        Works closely with ISC HR Operations team to ensure alignment and synergies with ISC, Aerospace
•        Work with HRG, CoE and One Country team to coordinate talent management , staffing programs and activities
•        Takes ownership of HR Data Quality, sets expectations for meeting targets and monitors organization's progress.
•        Responsible for the implementation of all HR Program Management processes within the business segment. Supports continuous improvement of the operating systems.
•        Support and implement key business and functional transitions within the region.

Basic Qualifications:

•        Minimum bachelor's degree in business, program management or related field
•        Excellent excel skills and familiar with HR functional knowledge and process
•        Strong analytical skills, demonstrated capability in organizing and managing projects
•        Able to be a change agent with excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, able to energize and motivate indirect organizations through thought leadership, energy, commitment and force of will.
•        Effective listening skills, with flexibility in approach to solutions.  
•        Skillful in resolving conflicts quickly and with win-win solutions/outcomes.
•        Capable of managing multiple demands and priorities simultaneously.
•        Demonstrated ability to execute on assignments.
