Qualifications
You must be expected to possess a relevant educational qualification (a Diploma in Accounting with six months of intern experience is ideal). Additional qualifications include:
-- Attention to detail and accuracy
-- Self-initiated and able to manage own time and resources to meet commitments and following through on details
--Knowledge about excel and VB programming highly recommended
--Knowledge of SAP* would be an added advantage
Responsibilities
In this position, you will be responsible for assisting AP accountants to process invoices for payment, data analysis and program development for efficiency. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Assisting AP accountants to track payment documents and disburse payments.
- Assisting to retrieve, scan and file AP supporting documents
- Supporting tasks related with AP team process, system, issue shooting and indicator
Working days
3 working days at least (5 days in summer time), Mon. – Thu. is preferred. 6 months or longer intern agreement is preferred.
Working hours:
Full days from 8:00 a.m. to 17:00 p.m. (1 hour lunch time)
Working site:
No.880 Zi Xin Road, Shanghai Zizhu Science Park, Shanghai, PRC.
