Description:
- File recorded name cards to the backdrop, data entries
- Help doing copying for all the backup documents, filing
- Help copying and filing the invoice for concur reports, packing in envelopes
- File copy concur report into the folder accordingly
- Help putting greeting cards (new year cards/ mid-autumn cards) in envelopes, printing address stickers and track sending out
- Support other daily admin work
- keep record of gifts in the management office
Qualifications:
1, Master's Degree preferred
2, Knowledge of basic office awareness and environment
3, Good ENGLISH writing and reading skills. CET 4 or above.
4, Good communication and teamwork skills.
5, Detailed-oriented and careful-minded
6, Willing and ability to GROW.
Must : 2-3 days/week, can last 3-6 months.
