Intern post title: Arts Assistant (intern)
Location: Shanghai
The Cultural and Education Section of the British Consulate-General is looking for a suitable student intern to join us in the Arts Projects team.
Job duties:
1. Assist Arts team on daily administrative work which includes copying, faxing, making phone calls, express delivering, filing, data updating/inputting meeting room booking, telephone conference facility booking etc.
2. Translate the documents to Chinese/English whenever requested
3. Provide supporting to various Arts projects, especially the UK NOW Campaign in 2012.
4. Other tasks assigned by the Arts Projects Manager.
Key requirements:
1. Translation skills (mainly focused on written translation);
2. 3-4 working days a week, sometimes it requires overtime work at weekends;
3. Good working attitude, willing to learn and attention to details;
4. Junior student in college or postgraduate students in grade 2 or 3 in English major will be preferred.
