HR Intern
Responsibility:
Assist HR daily work, help with CV screening, reception of internal referrals. Recruiting and staffing logistics support (such as coordinate the interview arrangement, etc).
Assist with Asia Trainee Program
Assist recruiter with the talent data base establishment for future recruitment needs in order to improve the recruiting efficiency
Assist with employment contract preparation and new hire on board coordination.
Other administrative jobs assigned by HR department (such as payment requisition arrangement, etc)
Requirement:
Excellent English (both written and oral)
Proficient computer skills
Quick leaner, detailed-oriented, good interpersonal skill
At least 3 working days per week
Can work for long period, at least half 4 month.
PS,prefer 大三、研二以及已保研大四学生
On-board Date: ASAP
Payment: We will offer you a competitive allowance.
