Description:
1. Logistics support to recruiting and staffing consultants;
2. Being responsible for coordination with different HR functions and business departments;
3. Support to HON special offer & PES procedure for new employees;
4. CV sourcing and screening; interview arrangement and follow up with hiring manager on interview feedbacks;
5. Proactively managing staffing systems and work on analysis report.
6. Recruiting data related work.
Qualification:
- Bachelor/Master degree
- Major is Human Resources/Business/Management/Psychology/ linguistics/Finance or Accounting are preferred
- Good English communication skills, both in oral and written
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal skills
- Process and detail oriented and strong analytic skills
- Team player and quick learner
- Work for 6 months & at least 3 days attendance per week
-Prefer 大三 & 研一，研二
