Description
In this position, you will be responsible for supporting programs managers for Education Market Platforms Group (EMPG). Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Manage product feedback from key stakeholders thru Feedback Tool and work with Product Development/Sustaining Team (PDT/PST) to drive the product improvement within the Product Life Cycle (PLC).
- Assist Program Management Office (PMO) to maintain EMPG Decision Making site and meeting space to ensure accurate decision information can be shared across the EMPG groups in a timely manner.
- Work with program managers to continuously improve PLC processes for efficiency.
Qualifications
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a complex global environment on a wide variety of items.
- Good work ethic, including being a good team player and being responsible, is essential for the job.
- Knowledge in project management.
- Knowledge in website design and maintenance.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Graduate student major in Computer Science and Engineering.
- At least 4 full days a week of onsite work for 6 to 12 months.
