2 interns needed-one in SHA, the other in广东河源
Main tasks
-Shipment documentation (hard copy documentation and information update on server file.)
-Shipment tracking (update tracking no. on server for all domestics express/delivery.)
-Backup for pre-alert providing to agent/broker (send all pre alert to agent/broker for custom clearance.)
-Backup for parts information check (check with engineer for parts information and provide to agent for custom purpose.)
-Make sure every business is complied with the government’s policy
Qualifications
College degree or above, major in international trade or logistics related.
Customer oriented: hard working and strong sense of responsibility.
Good oral and written English skills, good PC skills
Customs related certificate holder is preferred.
