Job description:
1.To develop and maintain good relation with both internal and external customers
2.To manage the store general administration activities
3.To insure that the physical stock match with the inventory level
4.To support the Merchandising department in managing the stock level
5.To support the Administration department in managing the shipping from and to the store
6.To insure that the store visual display matches with the brand image
Requirement:
1.University degree (previous experience in Luxury store is a plus)
2.Knowledge of computer applications (excel, power point and……)
3.Strong presentation and communication skills
4.Patient, detailed-oriented and a team player
5.Good command of English & Mandarin (both written and spoken)
6.Multi-tasking, and willing to work under pressure 7.Good knowledge of store administration activities 工
作内容：
1. 按公司要求提供优质顾客服务（包括但不仅限于：接待顾客、解答顾客查询、处理投诉及提供售后服务等）；
2. 协助店内一般行政事宜
3. 店内库存管理
4. 负责做好货品销售记录、盘点、账目核对等工作，按规定完成各项销售统计工作
5. 协助运营部发货事宜
6. 负责店铺货品整理、陈列等辅助性工作，确保店铺环境整洁
职务要求：
1. 一周需安排4-5天实习时间，并对时尚产业有浓厚兴趣
2. 精通各种文书处理软件（excel, power point及其他）
3. 良好表达及沟通能力
4. 良好团队精神，刻苦耐劳并且耐压性高
5. 细心且有耐心，并且能自主工作
6. 熟练英文及中文口语沟通，若会法语为佳
