Intern of lab assistant
Responsibility: Responsible for all labs parts ship-in and ship-out tasks and manage new part on-docking and delivery to the parts owners. And also responsible for engineering parts management in the store with daily operation via inventory system to do parts check in and check out, record new parts, update new status according to the site asset management processes requirement, support store cycle counting, self-audit and maintain parts record accuracy. Support lab manager to take statistical analysis on shipment data and seeking any opportunity to do improvement. Finish other related tasks assigned by lab manager.
Qualification:
Honest, Reliable, diligent with integrity. Discipline and self-motivated
Master degree, computer science or related
Excellent on office applications
Project management skills
Good service sense and spirit
1-2 year working experience on logistic/ store management
Statistical analysis ability and Computer knowledge is a plus
Having experience on Lab asset management will be a plus
