职位:培训业务发展助理（实习生岗位）
汇报对象：培训业务发展主管
工作地点：半淞园路377号（交通方式： 地铁4号线、8号线西藏南路出口步行10分钟可到
达）
主要工作职责：
- To assist Business Development Supervisor to explore the training business
- Conduct Smart-cold Call to find potential training opportunity
- Answer the phone call from customers regarding inquriy, complaint, etc.
- To support the training execution:
- Manage the registration process e.q. send training invitation and training c
onfirmation letter according to our Training Calendar and implement enrollment
- Training Administration: Accommodation, Logistics, etc
- Complete the training payment from applicants
- Maintain the training record and report on training evaluation
岗位要求:
1. Expect for Master degree
2. Major in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing Management or relevant
3. Work experience in marketing or media communication is preferred
4. Good communications skills and strong coordination skills
5. Good computer skills, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
6. Three working days per week at least; Fulltime would be a plus
