Funded in Nov. 2011, eBaoTech (Wuxi) was established to strengthen eBaoTech’s current Shanghai-based Global Delivery Center (GDC) operations, and expands eBaoTech’s software implementation and deployment services to global life and general insurance clients. With over 200 employees, eBaoTech (Wuxi) is conveniently enabling the GDC to expand while keeping the teams well-aligned. The teams there will work with eBaoTech’s regionally-based Global Professional Services teams to provide high quality work and services to our global clients.

Consultant Assistant Intern（Based in Wuxi）
As a member of consulting team, Consultant Assistant requires to conduct client’s request analysis; responsible for designing/providing solutions under the direction of the mentor to improve the operations of insurance companies on a global basis; testing performances and usability of applications, designing relevant reports.
Specification:
1.Bachelor degree or above, Chinese oversea student from highly rated university
2.Major in insurance, finance, mathematics, statistics, IT or business administration is a plus;
3.Excellent communication skills with good command of one foreign language or more (such as English, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese… ) preferred;
4.Be creative, open for consistent improvement, fast learner, self-motivated and prudent at work;
5.Good analytical skill, hard working, good team player and willing to work in global base.
