Department：Production
Job Duties:
1.Assist process engineer to do process documents (work instruction, Takt time, VSM).
协助工艺工程师制作工艺文档（作业指导书、生产节拍、价值流程图）。
2.Assist process engineer to translate technical documentation and make training video.
协助程序工程师翻译技术文档、制作培训视频。
3.Learn how to run and maintain machine and how to improve the production efficiency.
学习机器设备的运行、维护及如何提高生产效率。
4.Assist manufacture engineer to improve the first pass yield.
协助工程师提高成品通过率。
5.Assist manufacture engineer to design jig.
协助设计夹具。
6.Assist process engineer to collect production data.
协助收集产品数据。
7.Work with process engineer to train labor.
协助完成工人的培训。
8.Other duties assigned by the supervisor.
完成主管安排的其他任务。
Requirements:
1.Good technical reading and writing in both English and Chinese and basic verbal English skills required, prefer major in mechanical, electrical, and automation engineering.
2.Able to work as a team player.
3.Computer Skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Director.
4.Maintain strict confidentiality concerning aspects of employees and company information;
5.Professional and able to work with minimal supervision;
6.Strong self-motivation;
7.Initiative and hardworking;
8.Detail oriented with good organization and communication skills;
9.Able to work for 3~4 days a week.
