Russian Language Validation Project Lead
PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Language Validation team ensures customer’s satisfaction on language aspects and on fulfilling internationalization requirements of SAP products. Language Validation team offers two services: Technical Language Test (TLT) and Language Validation (LV)
Technical Language Test (TLT) aims to improve the product quality and partly fulfill Internationalization (I18N) requirements of the Globalization Product Standard for solutions delivered by SAP. TLT detects technical and functional errors by testing in selected reference test languages that do not belong to Latin-1 code pages.
Language Validation (LV) acts as the very first customer to check how well a globalized application is adapted to a particular culture or locale from a linguistic perspective..
Language Validation Project Lead is responsible for planning, preparing for, executing, and wrapping up validation projects.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Coordinate TLT and LV in Russian language. This means, recruiting Russian testers/consultants, monitoring their testing efforts and producing Final Reports with the Russian testing results
Communicate with development teams and solution validation project leads to clarify test scope, test system and other details
Summarize testing progress and reports to stakeholders
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Good communication skills in both verbal and written English
Proficient in Russian
Good experience in Microsoft Office software (for example: excel, PPT)
Beneficial Skills to have:
Experience in project management and project execution
Experience in working in global, virtual project teams
Application knowledge of SAP products. Basic knowledge of ERP system is a plus
Experience in test planning, test case design and execution
