• Major Responsibilities:
- Responsible for C&B team daily activities, including trip, payment, meeting arrangements
- Assist in compensation basic analysis
- Support benefit implementation and vendor management
- Support C&B projects, design slides and draft documents, etc.
• Education, Qualifications and Skills:
- A Junior student in the university, especially with the main focus on Science and/or
Human Resources.
- HR Services/HRIS internship in international teams is a plus.
- Detail oriented, patient, proficient communication skills and fast learning.
- English language skills, fluent in written and spoken form, plus local language requirements.
- Skillful in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Can work at least 3 working days every week and keep full attendance in summer/winter vacation.
- The workplace is based in Shanghai.

2. HR Head Assitant
Job Description:
-Support on HR communication activity, and leverage resources for high quality delivery
-Support on HR projects and daily work (including data consolidation, report preparation)
-Other tasks that required
Qualification:
-Proactive working attitude and learning agility
-Good command of English (both written and oral) with basic HR knowledge
-At least 3 days available each week for the internship
-Duration: 1 year is preferred (at least for 6 months)
