职位描述：1.Support BMS Comm team in CITI on an effective employee communication by leveraging all site internal communications channels
Under the indication of Comm’s team:
-Support handling all administrational workload for BMS Comm
-Maintain the database on Comm’s P drive
-Support BMS Comm to implement relevant events, such as Townhall, Internal Training, etc.
-Support BMS Comm to operate the BMS.ON website, including uploading news, announcements and events, and release Newsletters monthly
-Support BMS Comm on implementation with the events held in BISS and PRDC, including Safety Day, Employee Dialogue, external visiting, etc.
2.Support on the External Communication, ensuring the effective Bayer image
-Support creation and maintenance of communications materials. E.g. Translation, proofreading, etc. ;
-Support implementation on administration for external events, including media training, roundtable, etc.
-Vendor contacts
-Follow up the financial procedure in the team, including the quotation and the invoice
• Bachelor degree or above; college student (Journalism and Communications are preferred)
• Excellent English skills (both oral and written) and good command of Microsoft office skills (especially excel photoshop, and ppt)
• At least 3 days per week
• Ability to work under pressure in a reasonable work load.
• Quick learner with good logical thinking and be proactive
• Willing to work in a team
