Description/Qualifications:
* Arrange and set interview appointments, including phone interviews, video conferences, face to face interviews, panel interviews.
* Clearly communicate schedule with interviewers and candidates in different locations including US, China, China Taiwan, Korea, Japan, and other countries.
* Agilely and creatively manage the available time and placeof interview personnel to meet very tight interview timelines, i.e. meeting in hotel or airport.
* Set appointments for interview teams via MS Outlook.
* Maintain close candidate communication and follow-up.
* Chase for interviewers feedbacks.
* Manage job posting.
* Conduct candidate reference checks.
* Phone screen candidate language skills (Mandarin and English).
* Resume screening.
* Work on analytical staffing reports and communicate staffing statistics.
* Assist HR meeting logistics.
