HR Talent Acquisition Intern
职位描述：Job Description:
1. Support effective job posting as required;
2. CV screening and phone interview;
3. Provide interview logistics support, including interview scheduling, travel arrangement coordination, interview itinerary management, etc.;
4. Be responsible for pre-employment background investigation;
5. Provide the logistics support for TA project, program, if necessary;
6. Provide weekly team meeting agenda per request;
7. Update hiring status including weekly hiring report etc.;
8. Manage TA CoE filing and documents per request;
9. Support financial reimbursement of Service Fee for Vendor.
Job Requirement:
1. Good communication skills;
2. At least 3 days per week;
3. Careful, hardworking and cautious working attitude;
4. Prefer 2016 graduating students.
