We are looking for a dynamic, high energy intern Administrative Assistant to support our Open Source technology team in Zizhu.
The ideal candidates will play an important role in keeping the business operations/activities organized, on track and moving forward. Candidates must have exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, excellent judgment; comfortable juggling tasks from the mundane to the more strategic and can work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a smile and a sense of humor.
Responsibilities:
Administrative tasks including schedule management; submitting and tracking internal requests; coordinating hiring activities and schedules; coordinating meetings and group events; proofreading documents; maintaining spread sheets; generating reports, and
interfacing with high level executives both internally and externally in a professional, effective manner.
Assist with correspondence, memos, charts, tables, graphs, plans, etc. May also be responsible for attending department staff meetings and tracking action items. Act as liaison with other departments and outside agencies.
Requires exceptional communications skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with frequent interruptions, and to work productively in a fast paced organization. Be flexible with job requirements changing.
Requirements:
Can work >= 3 days per week during a period >= 6 months.
Strong interest in supporting a team in a fast paced, high-tech environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Proven mastery of Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
Experienced in using the Internet as a daily research tool.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
