Sourcing Intern(in shanghai office)
Period: 10/05/2014 to 1/20/2015, 4.5 months, require >4 days a week
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Clerical and administrative work under the direction of D23 Sourcing Assistant Manager such as :
■Sample handling and disposition.
■Follow up to track unfinished tasks
■Paperwork preparation under specific guideline from sourcing associate
■Monthly absence cannot more than 3 days to ensure the continuity of the task, not 3 consecutive days.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
■Third Grade College student
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & Competencies (Competitiveness, Composure, Courage, Curiosity and Functional Competencies)
■Sound PC skills such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint is a must
■Knowledge of importing and exporting good is preferred
■Detail oriented, eager to learn, flexible
■Good English and communication skills
