Working days: 每周4天
Job Description:
1.Support effective job posting as required;
2. CV screening and phone interview;
3.Provide interview logistics support, including interview scheduling, travel ar
arrangement coordination, interview itinerary management, etc.;
4.Be responsible for pre-employment background investigation; Provide the logistics support for TA project, program, if necessary;
5.Provide weekly team meeting agenda per request;
6.Update hiring status including weekly hiring report etc.;
7.Manage TA filing and documents per request;
8.Support financial reimbursement of Service Fee for Vendor.
Job Requirement:
1. Good communication skills;
2. At least 4 days per week;
3. Careful, hardworking and cautious working attitude.
