Job Description:

In this position, you will be working as an intern in the HR and focus on talent acquisition team.

-Support key events of Employee Referral Project in Intel, to design poster/flyer/standee etc. and organize promotion activities.
-Support social media, to run and organize activities through Weibo/Renren/Campus Recruiting.
-Support recruitment, including position PO in websites, CV screening, phone interview, interview arrangement, E-recruiting system.

Qualification:

1. Proficient in MS office, PhotoShop is preferred.
2. Good English in both Written and oral.
3. Good interpersonal communication and events organization.
4. Integrity, Passion, discipline

Job Location and Timing:
- Location: Zizhu Science Park, MinHang District, Shanghai (company-provided free bus)
- 3-5 days per week.
- 6 months internship is preferred.

The Recruiting Research Intern is responsible for front end talent research to support R&D groups within our field organization.

We build the teams that drive advanced technology innovation, therefore a strong commitment to innovation and technology is important to this role. The purpose of this role is to build robust research strategies to identify current viable external talents as well as future pipeline at all levels for various positions.

Job Qualifications (not require all of them. More is better):
-          Recruiting-related experience preferred – including, but not limited to: research, sourcing, networking, competitor analysis and market trends analysis.
-          Possesses research and networking skills with social networks, and data mining skill.
-          Understands the value of building and maintaining strong relationships with partners.
-          Motivated to communicate and influence effectively with team, customers, and candidates.
-          Takes initiative, and acts proactively to leverage all resources to unearth the very best talent.
-          Results oriented. A desire to succeed and deliver upon required metrics successfully.
-          Hands-on and possess excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, analytical, and research skills.
-          Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a fast paced environment while managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
