Primary Job Responsibilities
• Measure different types of Customer Learning and Analytics (CLA)
marketing campaigns in US including C2C, loyalty, coupons, marketing emails
and site emails etc.
• Design and develop reports or dashboards to monitor US CLA marketing performance.
• Dig the business insights and learnings from the previous campaign.
• Support US CLA marketing related ad-hoc projects.
• Support ad-hoc projects, take part in international projects
Job Requirements
• Ability to stay focus on multiple tasks and prioritizing them.
• Good MS Office skills (e.g. pivot tables, advance functions, statistics, data manipulation, Visual Basic, etc.)
• Familiar with SQL coding, database query (e.g. Teradata, MS Access, MySQL, etc.). Other statistical programs and data mining software are a strong plus
• Fluent English and a strong desire to improve
• Understanding of the internet and e-commerce in general, of eBay
in particular.
• Excellent team work spirit.
• A sense of humor, personal integrity, humility.
• Better graduate in 2016, master is preferred.
