岗位：HR Recruitment Intern
时间要求：每周工作4天，并且能连续工作6个月或以上。（时间要求为硬性要求，如无法满足请绕行）。
Descriptions:
The position holder reports directly to Recruitment Manager, HR, Ericsson China. The main interfaces are: Ericsson candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, offer officers, HR Business Partners, and external vendors.
Main responsibilities:
1. Follow up with recruitment process, coordinate the interview arrangement with hiring managers, recruiters, and HR Business Partners (BP)
2. Perform candidates CVs collecting and screening
3. Prepare job posting internally and externally
4. Communicate effectively with external recruitment vendors, keep track on vendors performance
5. Participate in other HR related project as an assistant.
Qualifications：
1. 2016 graduate,bachelor degree or above from top university, no major requirement
2. Good analytical, consultative and interpersonal skills
3. Open-minded, smart, fast learning
4. Service-minded, accountable, passionate and self motivated
5. Able to work under high pressure
6. Good command of English and Mandarin
7. Excellent communication skills
待遇：每天常规工作时间为8小时，提供有市场竞争力的薪酬待遇（研究生20/小时，本科生15/小时）。若有加班，按照国家有关规定支付加班费。
实习地点：上海市长宁区天山西路1068号A楼,地铁二号线淞虹路站5号出口（846终点站），沿西走十分钟
