Job Summary/Purpose:
This position ensures a significant cell biological research esp. immunology related life science research business growth in cell biology market by establishing key methodology.
Job Responsibilities:
1）technical support
Responsible for key account's technical support and application; fix customers’ operation issue during assay through call, email and on site if necessary;
2）protocol validation
Establish protocol and guideline for target application; local methodology development
3）seminar support
Seminar presentation for new customer, key accounts
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
1. Master (candidate) and above degree in Biology and related major, experienced in immunology research will be preferred.
2. Familiar with cell biology, esp. flow cytometry.
4. Self motivated and result-driven
5. Good communication, collaboration and teamwork skills with customers
6. Basic knowledge of Pharmaceutics, Biology, and Immunology.
