Descriptions:
The position holder will be involved in training, recruiting, C&B, recreation, all HR functions. The main interfaces are: candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, employees and external vendors.
Main responsibilities:
1. Follow up with recruitment process, coordinate the interview arrangement with hiring managers, recruiters.
2. Prepare job posting internally and externally
3. Follow internal and external training, coordinate with Trainers on training arrangement.
4. Communicate effectively with external vendors, keep track on vendors performance
5. Handle enployees' working permit application indenependtly.
6. Participate in other HR related project as an assistant.
Qualifications：
1. 2016 graduate,bachelor degree or above, HR related majors are better.
2. Good interpersonal skills, fast learning
3. Passionate and self motivated
5. Good command of English.
7. Show great interests in HR area.
