-DEGREE REQUIRED: Bachelor and or above
-No. of Openings: 1
-Location: 上海浦东新区张江科技园
-Working Frequency: at least 4 days per week
-Assignment Duration: 6 months
Responsibility:
·Recruitment coordination such CV screening and interview arrangement etc.
· Training coordination incl. Training materials copying and filing etc.
· Data support for preparing HR reports
· Employee activities arrangement
·HR Operation work support
· Routine HR duties, including filing, data entry, scanning, paperwork etc.
·Other HR administrative work when needed
Requirements:
·Good command of English;
·Skilled in MS Office operation especially Excel and Word;
·Good communication skill and interpersonal skill;
·Good learning ability, and able to work with details with some supervision;
·Good at time management as well as well organized ;
·Proactive work attitude
