工作职责：
Research and development of advanced power electronics system
Including:
- Specialty power electronics converter design
- Simulation, modeling and analysis of power electronics circuits
- Hardware circuit prototyping, debug and test
岗位要求：
Master+ student in power electronics system
Familiar with power electronics hardware design, power semiconductor devices and gate driver
Familiar with high frequency magnetics design, know how to use ANSYS software is preferred
Familiar with power electronics control and modeling
Experience in hardware prototype building, experimentation and bench testing
Experience in PCB layout software such as Protel/ Cadence
Experience in simulation such as Saber, PSPICE, Matlab/Simulink etc.
Good communication and teamwork skills. Good speaking, writing and reading English capability. Meet Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Compliance and Expectations。
熟悉电力电子硬件电路， 开关电源， 直流-直流变换器，逆变器， 电机驱动等知识。
熟悉Protel, Saber, Pspice, DSP and Matlab 等软件平台优先考虑。
要求电力电子 及相关专业，可实习3个月；（可做到11月）
Location：张江高科园区（蔡伦路1800号）， 多个地铁站均有公司班车。
补贴：研究生130/day
