HR Intern- General
Job Responsibilities:
1. To assist HR team daily works in recruitment, enrollment and exit; maintain and update employee profiles in SAP system;
2. To assist updating employee personal files and safety records;
3. To sort out and dispatch miscellaneous gift coupon, shuttle bus card, and handle insurance claims;
4. To assist HR team on other assigned works.
Job Requirements
1. Major in English or Human Resources is preferred.
2. Good command English writing and speaking.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skill
4. Good knowledge of MS-Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
HR Intern-SAP Data Management
Job Responsibilities:
1.Collect, Summarize, Maintain and Update employee record in HR SAP system;
2. Update employee Master Data and Prepare HR monthly Report;
3. To assist HR team on other assigned works.
Job Requirements
1. Major in Economic, Electronic Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics and other
Computer related Major;
2. Excellent computer and data entry skills and proficiency with Microsoft EXC
EL
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
