1. Deliver quality support to HW including items such as product/process change notifications (PCNs), discontinuation of delivery notification (DODs), quality alerts and audits.
2. Drive the HW’s quality requirements and expectations toward the BLs
3. Support sales for the pre-design and after-sales related issues

1. Fluent English
2. BSc or MSc degree in Electronics Engineering
