Job Responsibilities:
1. To assist HR team daily works in recruitment, enrollment and exit; maintain and update
employee profiles in SAP system;
2. To assist updating employee personal files and safety records;
3. To sort out and dispatch miscellaneous gift coupon, shuttle bus card, and handle insurance
claims;
4. To assist HR team on other assigned works.
Job Requirements
1. Major in English or Human Resources is preferred.
2. Good command English writing and speaking.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skill
4. Good knowledge of MS-Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
