MRI China Group is part of MRI Worldwide Network, the worlds largest global executive search firm by revenue with over 1,100 offices in 35 countries. The company has made it their business to thoroughly research the impact of the local cultures on the talent acquisition and management process (see “Pitfalls”). The organization has a mixture of expatriates who have worked many years in the region and speak local languages together with local nationals who have had exposure to foreign companies and business practices.
Position: Intern for internet search (Female)
Requirements:
1. Great sense of responsibility
2. Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
3. Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
4. Familiar with the operation of MS office
5. Can work 3 days per week
