招聘岗位:


1. Java 程序员 (实习)

职责
1.        协助产品研发团队开发产品前台程序
2.        高质量的完成开发工作,并且配合完成相应的文档
3.        参与产品代码的QA和产品的QA

要求
1.        针对在校大三、研二学生,计算机相关专业;
2.        要求暑期上班时间为一周五天;平时上班时间不少于一周三天;
3.        具备java语言开发的基本功
4.        熟悉java常用的前端开发框架spring, structs
5.        熟悉MySQL,可进行基本的SQL编写
6.        熟悉Hibernate, Connection Pool等数据库操作框架
7.        对软件开发工作有富有热情,工作责任心强,富于团队精神和敬业精神
8.        良好的执行能力,较好的完成预定任务
9.        具有良好的自学能力和独立解决问题的能力;
10.        正直,坦诚,实事求是





2.  市场营销助理(实习)

职责:

根据项目团队经理的指导,参与研究项目执行,内容包括且不局限于:
-研究方案的设计和研究咨询建议书的拟写
-客户行业背景和客户需求反馈分析
-启动研究项目及其相关的准备工作
-和其它团队成员一起完成研究报告
-独立参与部分研究分析,拟写报告
-参与公司和团队要求的其它资讯整理和研究工作
JobDescription
Participatein the design of research projects under the guidance of the project manager,as well as the execution of projects, duties include and not limited to:
·        Design of research plan and research consultationproposal;
·        Background analysis of client industry andclient feedback analysis;
·        Participate in the preparation of new researchproject and other related work
·        Assist other team members to completeresearch project for clients;
·        Participate in research analysis and reportwriting independently  
·        Participate in other informationreorganization and research work requested by company and team

职位要求:

- 在读大四本科生或研二研三硕士生,不限专业;
- 对网络媒体及网络产业比较了解,并有浓厚兴趣;
- 热诚好学,品性坚韧,团队协作能力和沟通表达能力强
- 乐观积极,突破求新,乐于面对挑战和压力,责任心强;
- 可以独立完成一些简单的项目研究和报告撰写;
- 具有熟练的英文交流和写作能力;
- 良好的电脑应用能力,熟练使用各类办公软件;
- 具有良好的数据分析和多项目管理能力;
- 经常参与BBS论坛讨论,广泛使用各类网络社会化媒体,和持续撰写个人博客的优先;
- 具有在传统市场调研行业(包括定量分析和定量调查,问卷设计,面对面访谈等),市场营销,媒体传播,电子商务等领域工作经验者优先。
Requirements
·          College Student (Graduate or undergraduate);
·          A strong understanding and interest inInternet media and the Internet industry;  
·          Diligent with moral character, good teamcooperation ability and communication skills
·          Ability to innovate; must welcomechallenges, work hard and take ownership;
·          Ability to complete research projects andwrite simple reports independently;
·          Good speaking & writing skill inEnglish;
·          Good computer application skill, understandingof basic database applications and familiar with statistic software preferred.
·          Good data analysis skills and multi-task managementability
·          Regular participation in BBS forums andBlog writing is a plus
·          Experience in traditional market research(qualitative and quantitative research, survey design, one-on-one interviews,focus group etc.), marketing, media, e-business preferred
