PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Audit the payment request and initiate the payment on time per company sched
ule
2.Verify and process invoice in Oracle
3.Monthly AP sub-ledger closing
4.Reconcile and declare VAT
5.Communicate with BU finance and purchasing department to resolve dispute ite
ms
6.Answer payable related inquiries from internal and external part
7.Provide related report ：AP Aging Report, Prepayment Report, Invoice on hold
Report, GIT Report
8.Reconcile AP accounts monthly
9.Meet the commitment of Service Level Agreement
10.Perform annual SOX testing
11.Assist AP team leader for other ad hoc assignment
REQUIREMENT
1.Bachelor above
2.Prefer Minimum of 2 year’s functional experience .
3.Good oral and written English skill
4.Strong ERP system experience, Oracle experience will be preferable.
5.Share service working environment will be preferable.
