Position: Project Executive
Description:
Project Executive (Overseas) is responsible for selling our conferences, exhibition, P.R services to overseas industrial decision makers through research, identify and direct tele-sell to potential clients. You should seek and match client’s needs and requirements with our services and close potential clients on our company packages. You should learning and master 3 main services sector in specific industry.
Responsibilities:
To be familiar with the project you will be marketing
Do desk or telephone researches to ensure you can effectively articulate the event information
Contact senior executives on specified research lists that will be provided
Contact senior executives on new research lists which made by yourself
Provide an efficient and elegant message to prospects
Register event delegates and sponsors
To meet individual target monthly
Requirements:
College or Bachelor degree required
Strong commercial sense and basic business knowledge
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Positive mental attitude with a competitive nature
Be familiar with telesales, telemarketing and face to face sales capacity
High motivated and self assured
Strong work ethic
Collaborative team player

职位: 项目执行
岗位职责：
-协助执行公司产品市场计划，包括各种展会、公司网站等可用资源和平台的策划；
-协助洽谈协调合伙媒体
-协助联系沟通展会服务供应商，高效落实具体布展事宜并对供应商的服务进行验收；
-协助策划公司网站建设，整理网站内容（文本及图片），协助与网站设计公司进行沟通；
-高效完成公司下达的临时任务。
职位要求：
-大专以上，本科专业不限
-熟练使用Microsoft Office各种办公软件(Word,Powerpoint,Excel)
-熟练使用Illustrator等电脑绘制软件
-高度的自我激励能力，责任心强，具备主动发现任务并解决问题的能力
-富有激情和活力，为人开朗热情
-良好的中英文口头及书面表达能力
-普通话标准，思维敏捷，语言组织表达能力强，谈吐大方得体
-较强的文案功底，视野开阔；
