Training System Specialist for Knowledge Productization Services (KPS) - English Speaking
Area
Within SAP, Knowledge Productization Services (KPS) industrializes the knowledge production, pushes innovation in knowledge transfer, and productizes experience-based knowledge. The training systems management team sets-up and manages all training master system landscapes for content development. They provide support and services for content developers during knowledge transfer production. In close cooperation with IT, they develop cloning mechanisms for training system landscapes, to be able to provide subsidiaries with live systems on demand.
Tasks
As a member of the KPS team, you will be responsible for the user access management in the training systems and the optimization of the system utilization. You will also provide support during the training delivery.
The wide range of responsibilities include:
• Programming of additional tools and functions for system activities after system refresh / system improvement
• Interface to IT, Solution Production for system setup and system operation questions
• Optimization of system utilization via technical solutions
• Responsible for user and password management in training master systems
• Define rules for system access (user administration)
• Develop and realize concepts for simplification of complex training system landscapes
• Provide support during training delivery for own developed tools
Requirements
 You have a good university degree, preferably in Computer Science.
 You have good IT and programming skills (ABAP, Java required), sound knowledge of data generation tools (CATT, BC-sets, etc.) and system administration
 Basic understanding of the technical architecture of SAP solutions
 Distinctive analytical skills, but also creativity to be able to create new tools.
 Excellent ability to communicate in English (written and spoken).
 Prefer 1 year overseas experience
 You appreciate working in an international, dynamic and virtual team.
 You like to provide solutions and work independently with a high service orientation for our customers.
