Job Description
Reporting to the AP Service Planning Manager, this role is seeking enthusiastic individuals willing to work in a rewarding and exciting function as an AP Program Analyst for IBM products. Successful individuals will play a critical role in the disciplines of Service Planning and program management activities. Working closely with the AP Program Managers in the business reporting of our key performance indicators and analyst to show trends and rott cause management. With frequent interaction with Global US teams and Asia Pacific countries, this role will give provide a major insight to the workings of MTS and excellent interaction of other countries environments. Excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing team within the Service Program management area.
Responsible Products:
This role requires a background in report writing, presentation skills, data mining and IT systems and application background
Major activities:
Monthly performance and forecast reporting for AP team
Interface with AP Program managers on our key performance indicators
Review technical indices and report necessary actions to improve the performance
Support regions to report issues raised by STG warranty team
Deliver reports to region MTS deliver executives to implement their actions to improve their operations
Support the AP Warranty manager and executive update about cost during warranty
Collaborate with AP Program Management colleagues on further warranty behaviours and savings
Collaborate with SPO team to find further cost take out (CTO) opportunities
Collaborate with Remote Support Center team to find further CTO opportunities
Collaborate with brands to put new warranty T’s & C’s in place
Review and reflect GTS position on SOLW
Required Skills
Strong English skills are required both written and oral communications.
Experience in data analysis, problem solving and data mining would be an advantage
Normal/flexible office conditions, frequently exposed to irregular work hours.
Require a reporting background, strong analyst skills in BRIO or a similar reporting tool.
Excellent skills in excel and the presentation of data
Strong understanding of enterprised IT systems, with experience in maintaining IT system administration
2-3 years of working experience in the IT industry with preference for candidates that have experience dealing with development activities, service delivery process and end user and customer support
Basic Requirement :
Bachelor degree or above in science and engineering
CET 4 or above, Effective communication skills in English and Chinese
Fresh graduate accepted
