职位描述: Key Words:
1. Responsible for administrative work at GM Office;
2. Assist GM's routine work;
3. Coordinate with all the departments to implement GM's direction.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Manage administrative tasks to ensure the efficient workflow at the GM office.
2. Assist GM with routine office functions and operations:
- Formulate and implement company policies and procedures as directed by the General Manager; Keep GM informed of the progress and abreast of any potential problems.
- Assist GM in communicating and coordinating with staff in professional departments to identify, evaluate, plan, and execute business strategies.
- Organize conference and meetings as directed by GM and take the minutes
- Translate files interpret among Chinese, English and German
- Make travel arrangement and to book the tickets and hotel for GM
- Pigeonhole and maintain records and files
- To type correspondence and reports to the superior company
- To document translation and manage files for GM
Qualification and Requirements
任职要求: - Education: Bachelor's degree in management or German.
- Skills: strong teamwork, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
- Personality: analytical, mature, motivated, flexible, and detail-oriented.
- PC: general PC skills in Microsoft office
Language Skills
语言能力: Good speaking and writing in both English & German
