Program Analyst (程序分析师) Position
Position Overview:
National Instruments is seeking a talented programmer to support the internal business application: system design, development, implementation, testing and support. The primary role of the Programmer Analyst(PA) is involved in the entire software life cycle including: understanding the business requirement, cooperating with BA (Business Analyst), initiating projects and implementing latest technology on IT applications and support our system’s daily maintenance.
Responsibility:
1， Carrying out each step in software life cycle including requirements analysis, design, coding, and testing for IT projects throughout Asia
2， Engaging in research and development of innovative and high quality software products for IT Application
3， Work across groups within department
4， Lead and contribute to the design, development, testing and support efforts
5， Write and review documents for internal usage in English
Requirement:
1， 3+ years of application development experience in an IT environment
2， Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
3， Demonstrated history of strong project management and leadership skills
4， Experience working with multiple business areas and a proven track record
in presenting/selling how technology can benefit business operations
5， Minimum Education: Bachelors degree (MIS or CS)
6， English CET 6 or above
7， Proficiency in web-based database application development (ASP.NET, Javascript, HTML, AJAX)
8， Proficiency in relational database technology (SQL Server or Oracle)
9， Proficiency in C#/.Net technologies (proficiency in Java considered an added advantage)
10，Knowledge of ERP/CRM products considered a plus
Business Analyst (商务系统分析师)
Position Overview:
National Instruments is seeking a business analyst to support the internal business processes and systems. The Business Analyst's primary role is to serve as a liaison between business areas and the information technology team. The successful analyst understands the business needs, analyzes current and future business processes, fills the gap between business needs and information system, make suggestions for continuous improvement, articulates requirements to meet business objectives, and define proposed solutions for the requirements. Working with both the business areas and the development team, the BA will work on the full development life cycle from project initiation through implementati
on and post-support.
Responsibilities Include:
1， Identifying, Analyzing and Prioritizing business requirements
2， Proposing and Defining solutions to meet business requirements
3， Defining and Documenting business requirements and process flows
4， Communicating requirements to technology team
5， Providing thorough communication to business owners
6， General project management to balance project resource, timeline, and scope
7， Performing System Testing
8， Providing End User Training
9， Providing End User Support
Position Requirements
1， Strong logic thinking
2， Strong organization skills
3， Excellent communication skills, Ability to communicate ideas clearly across different working groups
4， Self-motivated - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
5， Solution-driven - Ability to identify and analyze problems and develop solutions
6， Proficiency in both written and spoken English
7， 1 year as a Business Analyst or equivalent is a plus
8， Degree in MIS or Business with concentration on Information Technology is a plus
