职位描述：
雀巢公司是全球著名的跨国公司之一，素以生产优质食品著称于世。现因业务发展需要，拟招聘
所述人员：（负责区域：上海地区）
主要职责:
- To lead and develop the Baby Stores Sales Team with the coverage of existing and new stores,
distributor net work, trading terms, turnover, shared service for other Business Unit present in
these channels.
- Define simple KPI to follow progress.
- Liaise with the Nestle retail shared sales force to communicate on targets achievement,
performance reviews, support with the nutrition marketing team and the key account team, work on improving our partnership with key accounts objectives, support performance contracts service expected.
任职要求:
- Strong Sales operation experience.
- Solid sales management experience in FMCG Industry in MNC
- Excellent understanding of Chinese business environment
- Have excellent qualities on communication with the field sales forces.
- University degree or an equivalent degree.
- Good command of English.
- Strong leadership hard driving for results sense of urgency to get initiatives implemented,
analytical skills, self motivated able to take high pressure.
