需求信息：
1、上海地区需求：
电子工程，自动化专业，硬件测试经验，熟悉示波器，电路板，研究生优先。
2、北京地区需求：
1），Java and Script ( Perl),Plus any database,English important.
2），RELEVANT TRAINING and EXPERIENCE
Technical Essential:
1. Bachelor or master degree in computer, management information system, automation or electronics related major. Others major have information technology related courses also can consider.
2. Experience on one kind of Object Oriented language/platform, as Java/Java EE, C++, C#/.net or others Object Oriented languages.
3. Familiar with Object Oriented Methodology and Design pattern. Has experience on Object design, ER design.
4. Good skill in SQL, be familiar with one kind of database product, as Oracle DB, IBM DB2, SQL Server or Sybase. JDBC/ODBC skills are also required.
5. Familiar with one kind of Java Application Server, such as Weblogic, Websphere, Jboss or Tomcat. Familiar to setup, maintenance and deployment.
6. Familiar with a kind of Linux/UNIX, in install, shell commands and maintenance.
Technical Desirable:
7. Has real experience on develop and deploy MIS (Management Information System) systems by Object Oriented languages and Methodology.
8. Know a kind of universal software development process as IBM Rational Unified Process (RUP), Agile Methodology or eXtreme Programming (XP).
9. Has concept on Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). Experience on Web Service, Business Process Execution Language (BPEL), or Enterprise Business Bus as a plus.
10. Business Intelligence (BI) and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) skill and experience as plus.
Soft skill:
11. Strong team player who learns new products and adapts to changes quickly
12. Self-motivator and proactive with the ability to work independently as required
13. Communication skills (both written and oral) to both technical and business audiences
14. Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English
15. Korean Speaker is a must
