B) GENERAL OBJECTIVE & Company’s VALUES
The CMO assists the General Manager as Management Team member of the Company, oriented to obtaining sustainable profitability and operational excellence supported by enhanced ArcelorMittal & Valin Steel cooperation.

C) MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- The CMO formulates and drives the sales policy defined together with the Management team and validated by the board of Directors to successfully achieve target market shares and customers (appendix I).
- He leads high level commercial negotiations, organizes the market intelligence and strategic positioning analysis.
Domain Responsibilities
Customer team Leads a lean and customer oriented organization networked with AM Auto worldwide teams (appendix II)
Multi-year business plan Organizes the preparation of the 3 years Company sales plan under the supervision of the GM
Reporting, budget and forecast - Oversees the preparation and assures in time all recurrent reporting of his department
- Monitors deviations from budget and take corrective actions to meet established goals
Performance management Controls, monitors and drives the performance of his department using KPIs reports

- Customers (OTIF, order book, market share)

Customer strategy Leads the customer strategy case by case in term of mutual value proposition for customer and VAMA
- Swot analysis
- Actions plans in term of organizational consistency, quality, product development, supply chain and price policy.
- Steer product & customer portfolio by margin in liaison with industrial controlling
D) INTERFACES MANAGEMENT WITH
Automotive Worldwide - Coordinates Market approach through Commercial Steering Committee
LYS STEEL - Manages the exclusive sales of Auto LYS products through VAMA (多途径)
Shareholders - Organizes for his department the preparation and the performance reports and proposals to the board
Supply Chain/Service Centers - Coordinates supply chain approach through operating charter with third-party SSC.

Revenue & volume - Performance of volumes and price margins combined together
F) POSITION REQUIREMENT
- Chinese citizen with English speaking and western management skills
- 15 years experience in automotive industry with strong networking references with senior Managements of Auto OEMs in mainland China
- Natural leadership and authority with his team and his colleagues.
- Team oriented
- Experience with flat carbon steel industry to supply auto market, or with auto OEM, component maker, or equipment supplier with experience related to steel processing is highly required.

- To be developed subject to profile of selected candidate. To consider 3 months period in Europe none continuously during the first 2 years.
