Accountabilities:
1. Secretarial Support
Proficient computer skills (all Microsoft office programs), able to manage and output high volumes of work to meet deadlines
Calendar management for assigned managers, interfacing with internal and external teams
Professional phone calls management
Submitting and tracking T & E
Document translation and management
Document management and filing
Supplies and mail management
Coordinate with other functions to accomplish work assignments
2. Travel and Meetings
Travel arrangements for team through travel agency
Meeting support for internal and external meetings including off-site meeting coordination
Visitor support for out of town visitors
3. Special Projects
Manage special projects such as data collection and tracking
Qualifications:
University / College Degree
Fluent in Mandarin and Good Command of Written and Oral English
Good Computer Skill ( Power point, Excel, Word )
Professional attitude, mature
Able to multi-task and work under pressure
Passionate about work, has the 'can do' and 'must do better' spirit
Can work under pressure and still maintain high quality
Take initiative to get things done, follow up without frequent reminding
